    Title: Project Facilitator – Healthcare Technology Commercialization

    Location: Remote

    Duration: 1 Year

    Compensation: $70/hr - $75/hr

    Contract Type: 1099 (Must be authorized to work in the U.S and no sponsorships available)

    Overview: Our client is seeking experienced Project Facilitators to support our Health Technology Center for Commercialization portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing large-scale projects, particularly within healthcare technology commercialization and public health programming.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Coordination: Manage interactions among program teams, project entities, and support resources, including scheduling meetings, tracking project progress, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
    • Documentation Management: Oversee the organization and updating of project-related documents, ensuring accessibility and version control.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project updates to program leadership and facilitate effective communication across all parties involved.
    • Progress Monitoring: Utilize project management tools to track milestones, assess project status, and prepare for decision-making meetings.
    • Meeting Participation: Attend relevant meetings, contribute to discussions, and support the preparation of presentations as needed.
    • Administrative Support: Assist with timesheet submissions and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.

    Qualifications:

    • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
    • Professional Experience: 5-10 years of experience in managing and coordinating large projects, with a focus on healthcare technology commercialization or significant public health initiatives.
    • Alternative Experience: Demonstrated success in healthcare technology commercialization projects (e.g., RADx) may substitute for the above experience, provided a strong recommendation letter supports this.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Extensive experience in both healthcare technology commercialization and public health programming.
    • Prior involvement with programs similar to RADx Tech/ITAP or other public health initiatives utilizing challenge mechanisms.
