    Job Location: Greensboro, NC

    Position Overview

    A fast-growing commercial landscaping company is seeking a Project Install Team Member to support large-scale landscaping and construction projects for apartment complexes and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role focused on turf management, irrigation, drainage, stonework, and general landscape construction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install and maintain commercial landscaping features, including turf, irrigation systems, and drainage solutions
    • Construct stonework, patios, playgrounds, dog parks, and privacy fences (not chain link)
    • Perform tree/shrub planting and seasonal flower rotations
    • Work with crews to ensure efficient project completion
    • Follow OSHA safety standards and proper equipment handling
    • Assist with additional landscape construction tasks as needed

    Required Qualifications

    • 3-4 years of experience in commercial landscaping or construction
    • Hands-on experience with:
      • Turf management – installation and repair
      • Irrigation systems – installation and repair
      • Drainage & gutters
      • Stonework & patios
      • Playground & dog park installation
      • Privacy fence installation (excluding chain link)
      • Tree/shrub planting & flower rotations
    • Experience with mulch and flower installations
    • OSHA safety knowledge (OSHA 10 certification is a plus)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 4+ years of construction experience (indoor & outdoor)
    • Basic carpentry and renovation skills (e.g., installing windows, doors, tubs, flooring, fireplaces, etc.)
    • Experience working on large commercial landscaping projects
    • Experience operating skid steers or tractors
    • Certifications in landscaping, irrigation, or construction-related fields
