Scope of Work The Advanced Project Leader will coordinate and oversee the Client Health Information Management System project. This includes managing agile development processes, monitoring team productivity, and ensuring on-time deliverables while adhering to strict data security protocols. The role demands strong project management skills, stakeholder communication, and SaaS enhancement expertise.

Education and Certification Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Minimum Qualifications

7+ of IT work experience.

Five years of project management experience.

Must possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in the use of project management methodologies and tools.

Five years of experience with resource management that includes day to day team monitoring and workflow management.

Five years of experience with change management that includes requirement gathering, user story refinement, and documentation.

Five years of experience working directly with project stakeholders and clients to plan and execute SaaS functionality features and enhancements.

Two years of experience with agile project management.

Two years of experience triaging application irregularities that included turnaround time monitoring and improvement measures.

Two years of experience developing training and system guides for application end users.

Two years of experience documenting application processes.
