The Project Management Team Lead at Test Products is a leadership role that oversees, manages, and develops the Project Management Team. This position requires you to be a liaison between the customer and the company as well as deliver products and services to the customer on schedule. Also, must continually seek to improve their department and the company by collaborating with other team members and departments. This position is critical to the development of the leadership teams’ vision, and executing the tasks needed to reach the company’s goals. This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Flextime) However, the Project Management Team Lead is expected to dedicate the time required to meet the company’s strategic plan. The person must maintain an operational point of view while planning for long-term company growth by helping solve technical and operational issues as they are discovered. The Project Management Team Lead must also fulfill the following responsibilities: • Provide leadership and guidance to the Project Management Team. • Coordinate with other departments within Test Products in relation to all current and ongoing projects to facilitate successful design, build, and delivery to the customer. • Run L10 meetings for the Project Management Team. • Manage the workload of each Project Manager by assigning projects. • Management of customer projects from PO through customer buy-off. • Project revenue for each week and month based on scheduled work to be completed. • Ensure the smooth flow of each project from start to finish to ensure a satisfied customer. • Main contact for program-related questions and serves as a conduit of program-related launch information to the customer. • Report project status during regular meetings with the customer and internal project management team. Typical reports would include updating timelines and open issues lists. • Meet with Engineering Departments and technicians to evaluate the process and receive feedback on work performed. • Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications: • Effective Communication Skills – Verbal and Written. • Proficient skill set in Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Good sense of Business Acumen. • Problem Solving and Critical Thinking. • Leadership Training Preferred. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Preferred. • 3+ years of experience delivering programs in the automotive or related industry. • $1,000,000+ minimum annual project deliverables. • Interfacing with 10+ team members internally. • Experience in customer relations. • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time. • Understanding electrical testing is preferred. Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 yearly
