Now Hiring: Project Manager in Greater Orlando!

Are you a detail-driven Project Manager with a background in construction and a knack for juggling multiple projects? We’re looking for someone to take the lead on exciting, high-impact landscape construction projects based out of our Longwood office, just north of Orlando.

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you’ll oversee and coordinate all aspects of designated construction projects, working closely with clients and vendors to ensure smooth sailing from start to finish. From project planning and budgeting to risk mitigation and vendor negotiations, you’ll be the go-to for keeping everything on track and on budget.

A Day in the Life:

• Manage project schedules, bids, contracts, and more
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and your internal team
• Travel throughout the area for client meetings and site visits (about 25% of the time)
• Track project milestones, handle RFPs and RFQs, and navigate Florida’s permitting process

You’re Our Ideal Candidate If You Have:

• A solid understanding of construction project management (commercial experience is a plus)
• Skill in budget reviews, cost estimation, and managing timelines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to speak with clients and vendors
• Comfort using project management software, MS Office, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam
• The ability to read and interpret architectural and civil/site plans
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• 2-3 years of experience in commercial construction project management
