ParkerBeth is partnering with a top-tier Northern California contractor to find a Project Manager for their growing Acoustical and Specialty Ceiling Division. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity based in downtown San Francisco, overseeing scopes averaging $20 million across healthcare, tech, and institutional builds.

If you have 3–5 years of project management experience and a background in ceiling systems or interior scopes, this is your chance to own a major division of work in some of the Bay Area’s most notable projects.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading ceiling projects from estimating through completion
• Collaborating with GCs, architects, field teams, and vendors
• Managing budgets, schedules, RFIs, and change orders
• Delivering scopes that include fabric, metal, wood, and cloud ceiling systems
• Representing a respected contractor on multi-million dollar jobs

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of PM experience in commercial construction
• Background in acoustical, architectural, or specialty ceiling systems
• Solid understanding of materials, means and methods
• Skilled in scheduling, construction software, and estimating tools
• Comfortable onsite in downtown San Francisco (not a remote role)
