DIRECT HIRE | PROJECT MANAGER | Kansas City, MO

A leading industrial solutions provider seeks a Project Manager to oversee turnkey, engineered projects ranging from $250K to $2M+. Based in Kansas City, MO, you’ll manage 15–30 projects, serving as the client’s main point of contact in a growing, dynamic team.

Anticipated Pay/Benefits:

• Salary: $80K–$95K+
• Bonus: 5–10% target
• Benefits: Insurance, 401K, PTO/vacation
• Onsite, M–F, 8 AM–5 PM, 10–15% travel (WFH 1 day per week)

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery (design, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, installation).
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and sub-contractors (bidding, awards, invoicing).
• Serve as primary client POC, handling requests and site issues.
• Conduct site visits (~10–15% travel) and provide troubleshooting/guidance.
• Ensure project success through strong controls and communication.

Qualifications:

• Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5+ years of project management in industrial or capital projects.
• Strong scheduling, coordination, and client-facing skills.
• Experience with pre-engineered or custom-built solutions.
  
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in an office setting.
