    DIRECT HIRE | PROJECT MANAGER | Manufacturing/Construction

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and manage pre-engineered and fabricated structures to be delivered across various project locations (USA). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining project documentation, ensuring timely project completion, and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.

    • Anticipate $80K-$110K, dependent on experience
    • Design, manufacturing/fabrication, construction (elements) experience a plus
    • Experience with pre-engineered and fabricated structures (to client specifics)
    • Experience managing multiple projects at a time, could be $300K - $3M+ budgets
    • Remote position (prefer candidates located within traveling distance to client facilities)

    Locations (could be within 1-4 hours of):  Orlando, FL | Phoenix, AZ | Atlanta, GA | Dallas, TX | Boise, ID | Chicago, IL

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Conduct regular production visits to monitor work progress and field operations.
    • Promptly address any issues to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
    • Facilitate weekly project planning sessions. (design, manufacturing, delivery, construction)
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation, change orders, and project schedules.
    • Keep stakeholders, team members, and team leaders informed on project status to ensure on-time delivery. 
    • Lead clients through the process of design, development, and project delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
    • Proactively identify and address potential health and safety hazards.
    • Maintain a record-high safety rating for all managed projects.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proven experience in construction project management.
    • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to travel to various project sites as required.
    • Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
    • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team coordination.
    • Problem-solving skills with the ability to promptly address issues.
