Agility is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of IT modernization and enhancement projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile), experience with business process analysis, and a proven track record of managing complex IT projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, using Microsoft Project.

Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and addressing any deviations.

Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.

Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Ensure effective communication and coordination among project team members, stakeholders, and management.

Manage project budget and resources effectively.

Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies

QUALIFICATIONS:

PMP certification.

Experience with HUD.

5+ years of experience managing IT Modernization and Enhancement projects valued at $1 million per year, including developing project plans in Microsoft Project.

Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget with minimal variance.

5+ years of experience in business process analysis/workflow improvement.

5+ years of experience working with systems with business intelligence reporting tool capabilities.

5+ years of experience working with waterfall/agile framework/methodology.

1+ year of experience working with financial systems.

2+ years of experience with Salesforce, custom development (including Java), and cloud environments (including AWS and Azure).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
