    About the Role:

    As a Project Manager, you will oversee high-end residential projects with budgets around $5 million. This role requires a skilled individual capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing 80% office work with 20% field presence. You will lead pre-construction activities, manage timelines and costs, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

    Daily Life:

    Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading pre-construction activities, developing and managing project timelines, and coordinating with team members and subcontractors. You will oversee permit acquisition and ensure regulatory compliance while conducting regular site visits and client meetings. Your ability to streamline communication and provide leadership will be essential in nurturing relationships with stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead pre-construction activities, including bidding, budgeting, and contract preparation.
    • Develop and manage project timelines, costs, and procurement strategies.
    • Coordinate with project superintendents and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
    • Oversee permit acquisition, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols.
    • Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to maintain strong relationships.
    • Manage financial aspects, including invoice approvals and budget tracking.
    • Provide leadership and training to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
    • Utilize project management tools for efficient scheduling and planning.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • 5-8 years of experience in high-end residential construction.
    • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Builder Trend).
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of architectural styles, particularly in New England.
    • OSHA 10-hour certification.
    • Ability to balance office work (80%) with field presence (20%).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
