Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Plan, coordinate, and oversee paving projects from start to finish. • Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure quality work and safety compliance. • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients , keeping them informed on project progress. • Conduct on-site inspections to monitor work quality and address any issues. • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment. • Work closely with estimators and sales teams to ensure proper project handoffs. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For:3-7 years of project management experience in asphalt paving, construction, or civil engineering. • Strong leadership skills – able to direct crews and interact with clients confidently. • Budget management & scheduling expertise. • Understanding of asphalt paving techniques, materials, and industry regulations. • Familiarity with **construction software and tools ** Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 yearly
