This is a full-time, in-person position based at our College Station location, with occasional travel to nearby project sites as needed.

Coordinate installations between the sales and technical teams

Develop and manage project schedules, balancing resources and deadlines

Maintain timely, professional communication with clients to foster strong relationships

Track project progress and ensure materials are on hand as needed

Plan and communicate daily technician schedules for maximum efficiency

Ensure all equipment is staged and ready before deployment

Monitor project activity throughout the day to minimize delays and downtime

Adhere to project management best practices, including status updates, documentation, and timeline management

Identify and implement ongoing process improvements

Perform additional duties to support team and project success

    Qualifications

2+ years of experience in project coordination or management strongly preferred; candidates with significant AV experience and leadership skills will also be considered

Background in construction, AV integration, electrical, or a related field is strongly preferred

Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Dependable, with a strong record of punctuality and attendance

Proficient with desktop and mobile computing tools

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required

Technical degree a plus, but not required
