    Construction Project Manager - Broadband Infrastructure

    We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Eureka, CA, to lead our broadband infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and experience in broadband or telecommunications infrastructure.

    Position Overview

    As the Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of broadband infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage all aspects of broadband infrastructure construction projects from initiation to completion

    Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans

    Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution

    Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards

    Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain detailed project records

    Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies

    Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to stakeholders

    Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for broadband infrastructure projects

    Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and implement design changes

    Manage contract administration and change orders

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

    Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on broadband or telecommunications infrastructure projects

    Strong understanding of broadband technology and infrastructure components

    Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite

    Excellent communication and leadership skills

    Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

    Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites

    Preferred Qualifications

    PMP certification

    Experience with fiber optic network construction

    Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Northern California

    Physical Requirements

    Ability to walk, climb, and navigate construction sites

    Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

    Comfortable working in various weather conditions
