A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Project Manager and play a key role in delivering high-quality fenestration testing projects that meet customer needs and industry standards at their Ponder, TX office. Based at their state-of-the-art testing laboratory, you’ll oversee all aspects of testing operations to ensure precision, safety, and client satisfaction.

Your Day Includes

• Scheduling and coordinating tests to meet project timelines and customer requirements.
• Overseeing testing activities to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Reviewing test specifications and verifying materials and equipment readiness.
• Providing training and guidance to technicians and technician assistants.
• Preparing and submitting detailed, accurate test reports while maintaining a safe work environment.

Must Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fenestration testing or a related field.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
