    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with expertise in Salesforce builds and administration to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce’s architecture, features, and functionalities, coupled with strong project management skills to oversee end-to-end Salesforce projects. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and Salesforce implementations, customizations, and enhancements that align with different client's business goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Planning & Management:

    Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.

    Manage multiple Salesforce projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

    Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.

    Salesforce Administration & Development:

    Oversee Salesforce builds, ensuring compliance with best practices and security standards.

    Configure Salesforce features, workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.

    Manage data integration between Salesforce and other systems.

    Ensure the platform remains up-to-date with Salesforce releases and functionality.

    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.

    Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

    Provide training and support to end-users to maximize Salesforce adoption.

    Quality Assurance:

    Conduct system testing and validation to ensure project deliverables meet business needs.

    Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations and integrations.

    Continuous Improvement:

    Identify opportunities to enhance Salesforce functionality and improve business processes.

    Stay current with Salesforce trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation within the organization.

    Experience:

    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and project management.

    Proven track record of managing Salesforce projects from conception to completion.

    Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, custom objects, and fields.

    Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules.

    Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (preferred).

    Knowledge of third-party integrations and APIs.

    Certifications (Preferred):

    Salesforce Administrator Certification.

    Salesforce Advanced Administrator or App Builder Certification.

    PMP or Agile Project Management Certification.

    Soft Skills:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
