Position: Senior Project Manager

Position Summary

The PM Estimates jobs, and if awarded - Manages all project operations including the project staff and subcontractors through completion. This person Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

• Impeccable organizational skills
• Relationship building experience with owners around the area

• Familiarity with Paskr, MS Project & Sage for the project software tools.

Education/Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in the commercial construction segment.
• Construction Management (Bachelor’s) degree or similar preferred.
• Project Types range from commercial low rise (retail, restaurant, etc) to multi-story / multifamily / mixed-use type structures.
• 5+ years of experience required in commercial construction industry from the General Contractor side.
• The selected candidate will also have a clean drivers license, drug screen and background check to be eligible for this opportunity.

Compensation Overview:

• Salary Range (DOE) $90-125k
• Bonus $25,000 per year (average)
• Insurance is fully covered for candidate
