Cornerstone Signals & Cyber Technologies LLC is seeking experienced professionals to support the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) under a federal contract. We are looking for dedicated professionals with expertise in project management, executive support, human resources, procurement, IT administration, and logistics.
Project Manager (PM) – Key Personnel
Location: Bethesda, MD Position Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor team and the government, ensuring successful execution of contract requirements.
Oversee project scope, budget, and schedule while managing risks and performance metrics.
Lead project planning, implementation, and reporting efforts, ensuring compliance with federal policies.
Track funding and deliver status updates to stakeholders.
Supervise subcontractor performance and ensure seamless coordination.
Manage transition-in and transition-out activities to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years direct experience supporting the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum five years of project management experience in a federal contracting environment.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and organizational management skills.
