Job Description
_ Role Purpose_
The Project Manager, Corporate Legal Affairs will partner with key business and legal stakeholders, as well as internal subject matter experts, to develop, strategize, and help drive cross-company initiatives that impact NBCUniversal in support of the due diligence of the corporate structuring project. In collaboration with functions such as Legal, O&T, HR, and Communications, the Project Manager will act as a knowledgeable resource to inform and manage project teams as processes and initiatives are being considered and developed.
The role will report into **** the General Counsel, Corporate Legal Affairs, O&T and will be based in our iconic NY 30 Rockefeller Plaza office. This is a temporary position, for approximately one year.

This position has been designated as hybrid , generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
