    Job Title: Project Manager – Business Transformation

    Location: Remote with 50-60% travel required

    Overview:

    Daisy is a national smart space installation and services company that simplifies smart home and office technology to make it work optimally, solving one of the biggest in-home problems today and bringing more joy into the lives of our clients. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in data analysis, field operations, and business operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience managing complex projects, operations experience, with a proven ability to drive results through data-driven decision-making, critical thinking, and effective collaboration. Manufacturing experience would be a plus!

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Business transformation

    Support leading business transformation activities – organize and lead design thinking workshops, field pilots, and network wide scale-out

    Design processes, create standards and playbook to scale activities

    Project Management

    Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication strategies

    Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

    Data Analysis & Reporting

    Gather and analyze data, predict outcomes, build business cases and support transformation activities

    Create and present detailed reports and dashboards that communicate project progress, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.

    Critical Thinking & Problem Solving

    Apply critical thinking skills to anticipate project challenges and develop innovative solutions

    Conduct root cause analysis to resolve project issues and ensure continuous improvement

    Change Management

    Lead change management initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and training programs.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes and adoption of new processes.

    Collaboration & Communication

    Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align project goals with business objectives.

    Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure project success.

    Influence & Stakeholder Management

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, gaining their trust and commitment

    Influence decision-making processes through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations

    Multi-tasking & Prioritization

    Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    Ensure effective time management and resource allocation across all projects.

    Requirements:

    Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and change management, preferably in the home automation industry

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Project Management, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

    Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).

    Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

    Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

    Certification in Project Management (PMP), Kaizen, Six Sigma preferred

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Base Salary of $90-$110K

    Bonus based on personal and company performance targeted to 5%
