    Overview:

    Daisy is a national smart space installation and services company that simplifies smart home and office technology to make it work optimally, solving one of the biggest in-home problems today and bringing more joy into the lives of our clients.

    Given that this is a new startup branch location, this Project Manager should be willing to grow the team while providing service calls and installation work during the initial startup phase!

    The Project Manager is a skilled leader in the Custom Integration trade, adept at strategizing, coordinating and ensuring the successful delivery of installations with excellence and leading to satisfied clients. In this role, you will plan, schedule, manage and monitor the installations assigned to you, while also verifying quality of the work delivered by your team. The Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership and mentorship, management and accountability while also overseeing the safety and adherence to the Company Values and Policies.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Plan, Schedule, Manage and Monitor the Project

    Verify Completion and Quality

    Complete Projects on Time and on Budget and focusing on Profitability

    Consistently achieve Client Satisfaction

    Oversee Team Safety and Policy Adherence

    Lead and Manage the assigned Installation Technicians

    Control Team Expense Budget

    Additional Requirements:

    5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the CI industry.

    Ability to troubleshoot home automation and knowledge of construction standards.

    Experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

    In-depth knowledge of Custom Integration practices, products and technologies. This includes knowledge of Home Automation, Audio/video systems, smart home technology and related solutions.

    Strong leadership and team management skills to coordinate technicians and subcontractors.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and team collaboration.

    Effective problem solving skills to address unexpected issues and challenges that may arise during projects. Solution focused initiative.
