    A leading property management company in Dayton, Ohio, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee property management projects, including renovations, maintenance, and capital improvements, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery. Compensation and Perks: • $60,000 - $70,000 (based on experience) • Paid Time Off • Health Insurance Responsibilities: • Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee property improvement and maintenance projects. • Property Turnover Process: Ensure all property turns are scheduled and completed. • Vendor Coordination: Hire, manage, and evaluate contractors and service providers. • Budget Oversight: Track expenses, ensure budget compliance, and recommend cost-saving measures. • Stakeholder Communication: Provide updates to property owners, tenants, and internal teams. • Compliance: Ensure projects meet building codes and safety standards. • Reporting: Create and maintain project reports and documentation. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred). • Experience: 3-5 years in property management. • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities; proficiency in project management tools and property software (e.g., Appfolio, Yardi). • Key Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
