We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Drafter/Estimator/Sales to join our team. As a Drafter/Estimator, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your expertise in mechanical design and proficiency in software such as AutoCAD will be essential in producing accurate and detailed drawings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for drafting and design to contribute to our projects.

Duties:

· Dealing with potential customer

· Make take-offs for estimating

· Create drawings based on specifications provided by sub-contractors, engineers or architects

· Collaborate with sub-contractors, engineers and designers to understand project requirements and objectives

· Utilize AutoCAD to develop 2D drawings

· Review and revise drawings as necessary based on feedback from project stakeholders

· Assist in figuring cutting sizes for production purposes

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Drafter or similar role

· Proficiency in basic AutoCAD

· Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and techniques

· Familiarity with drafting standards and practices

· Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering/construction drawings

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Spanish helpful
