We have been retained by our client, a growing Commercial Specialty Contractor in the Charlotte, NC area, to find a Project Manager. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of Drywall Construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Duties:

• Manage and supervise construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Ensure all work is executed according to contract specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with estimating, procurement, and on-site teams to maintain material and equipment accuracy.
• Focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in Drywall construction management.
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on detail and cost management.
• Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with a growth-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in technology and project management software.
