    Job Description

    What You’ll Do:

    • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients as well as internal operations and planning teams to ensure bid accuracy
    • Team up with other Episodic Post Project managers to assign, supervise, and load-level scheduler work (from order creation through to timely billing of projects).
    • Responsible for the seamless transition of work from day to swing/night and weekend shifts and efficient planning of operational resources to fulfill project needs
    • Drive each project to successful completion by conducting pre-production meetings and attending other meetings as required to adhere to the project budget and ensure timely billing
    • Daily effective communication with clients, client concierge, and talent to ensure sessions go well; in addition to meeting/exceeding customer expectations
    • Keep stakeholders informed of overall project progress and issues as they arise and liase with Planning and Operations departments to ensure projects stay on track
    • Work closely with Operations management teams to evaluate client feedback and troubleshoot/resolve client and internal operational issues, including escalation of critical client facing issues in a timely manner
    • Identify potential overages prior to additional work being started, and work with clients to review the options and workable solutions
    • Actively participate in departmental process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance quality, increase productivity, and drive efficiencies

    What You Must Have:

    • 3+ years professional work experience in television post-production project management
    • 3+ years of experience in television post-production concepts, technologies and workflows

    What You Maybe Have…

    • Bachelor’s degree and Xytech/ScheduAll knowledge
    • 5+ years of experience in post-production television post-production
    • Flexibility and an ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Possess solid track record of successful project management
    • Possess excellent documentation skills
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure when faced with difficult situations
    • Demonstrated passion for providing a positive customer experience
    • Demonstrated independent judgment, accountability for decisions, actions, and results

    Additional Requirements:

    • Required On-Site : This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

    Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
