    Job description – EXPERIENCED Project Manager/Estimator for Residential Painting Company

    Required: 3-6 month internal internship program to learn our methods first before assuming the role.

    Are you an adept Project Manager/Estimator with a passion for precision and a knack for delivering outstanding results in the residential painting industry? Look no further! We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team in the dual role of Project Manager and Estimator, specializing in residential painting projects. The successful candidate will complete our 3 - 6 month internship program before assuming this role. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, superb organizational skills, and a dedication to achieving project objectives with excellence. Moreover, as a working painter, you will play an integral role in project execution, ensuring efficient and high-quality completion according to residential standards.

    Skills Required:

    Project management – 3-years’ experience in residential painting

    Painting Estimator – 3 years experience in residential painting

    Painting experience – 5 years with at least 2 years experience in high-end residential painting (stucco experience preferred).

    Strong leadership/management skills.

    Strong attention to detail.

    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    Ladder climbing, working in the heat, and carrying buckets of paint are a part of the job.

    Responsibilities:

    Has strong time management skills with the ability to tackle and complete projects in a timely manner while maintaining our high standard for quality.

    Makes sure that the project is running smoothly and handles any problems quickly and effectively.

    On a routine basis, check on the crews for quality and assistance.

    Communicate regular progress updates to management and clients.

    Ensures that the project and crew comply with all safety codes and standards.

    Does the final project walk-through while ensuring the quality is up to our standards.

    Ensures that each job has the necessary materials, and staff, and picks-up and delivers supplies to the job site if needed.

    Maintains excellent communication with the customers.

    Must do daily reports.

    Makes sure each employee turns in their payroll hours on time and with the correct project noted.

    Able to assist (train) painters in improving their skills level.

    Maintains excellent relationships with the crew and helps build and guide a winning team.

    Does job scheduling in a timely manner.

    The applicant must have:

    A valid driver’s license

    A clean DMV record

    A working truck or van

    Must be willing to undergo a drug and background test.

    We are an established painting contractor company in the Scottsdale area with 20 years in the business. We are seeking a motivated, career-minded individual to join our team. We work primarily in residential houses doing interior and exterior painting mainly in the North Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Carefree areas.

    Please provide 2 painting work-related references at the interview.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $27-$29 per hour
