A leading construction firm specializing in exterior restoration and parking structures are currently seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager to join their team in New York City.

Responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects, primarily focused on façades, exterior renovations, and parking structures.
• Develop and implement project plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site staff.
• Ensure adherence to NYC construction codes (Local Law 11 & Local Law 126).
• Utilize Procore or similar project management software.
• Maintain effective communication with clients.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years NYC construction experience
• Proven experience in façade and exterior renovations
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in Procore or similar software
• Excellent communication skills
