Overview:
Region 6 Security is excited to add a Project Manager Field Supervisor to our growing team. We are looking for a very detail-oriented individual that can work independently as well as work with our team and customers.
As a Project Manager Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects in the low voltage security industry. You will be responsible for collaborating and maintaining detailed schedules, scheduled tasks, scope, and deliverables for projects throughout the greater Seattle area with occasional travel.
The low voltage industry is growing, and the innovation is fast paced. Region 6 specializes in being a full-service, white glove electronic systems integrator. We provide services in AV, video surveillance, networking and wireless access points, access control and intrusion detection systems in multi-family and construction projects.
We are looking for a passionate and solution-oriented Project Manager Field Supervisor to be responsible for multiple project accounts. You will manage projects that will involve engineering, construction and the planning and safety of various projects.

$48-$54/hour depending on experience level
Position Requirements:
Manage complex, large-scale projects for both internal and external tasks
Contract administration, change orders, submittals, and procurement.
You are accountable for scheduling, facilitating project meetings, supervising and management project teams, providing general administrative and technical leadership for the project, maintaining all project records and monitoring correspondence.
Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and organize projects
Excellent communication and team building skills
Report project progress and budget to client and team members
Comply with safety and building regulations as well as legal requirements
Secure building permits, and work off and onsite to ensure the team stays on schedule
Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions to make sure projects are aligned with agreed upon plans.
Perform related duties as assigned. Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
Initial Qualifications:
Washington State Driver’s License and proven good driving record
Minimum three (3) years’ previous relevant work experience
06 Journeyman License
NICET preferred
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Working Conditions:
