About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our team at Gottfried Construction, LLC in Covington, LA and surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, working with a dynamic and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee construction projects

Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project

Review, process, and track project submittals, RFIs, and change orders

Provide material take-offs and estimates for change orders

Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members

Project permitting

Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in construction project management

Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field is preferred, but not required with 5+ years of experience

Valid contractor's license and dependable transportation
