Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Vocational Trade Degree or equivalent experience combination
- Minimum 5-7 years experience with HVAC and/or Refrigeration Systems including maintenance, troubleshooting, and controls
- Minimum 3-5 years Project Management experience (Senior Project Managers are also encouraged to apply)
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audiences both verbally and in writing
- Capable of proactively managing numerous projects, adapting to change, and continually following through to ensure successful project completion
- Resourceful problem solver with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, and online platforms with the ability to learn and master new software applications through a combination of organized training, online tutorials, and independent learning
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, safely climb ladders, move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, and work in cold and hot conditions
- Must possess and maintain a current and valid driver’s license
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, working both collaboratively and with a high degree of autonomy
- A commitment and desire to make a positive social and environmental impact on the world
- Willing to travel within NY boroughs to visit customers facilities for overseeing installer partners, quality assurance, and training

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification
- EPA Section 608 Technician Certification
- Experience with HVACR fault detection and diagnostics within a BMS Platform
