    Our client is a full-service general contractor with an innovative approach to building. They are seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to oversee healthcare construction projects in San Diego, CA.

    Position Overview:

    The Healthcare Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources for the successful execution of healthcare construction projects. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and overseeing project teams to ensure timely completion within scope, cost, and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Set goals for safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
    • Lead pre-construction services, including budgeting, scheduling, and planning.
    • Collaborate with the VP of Operations to ensure proper staffing.
    • Manage project finances, including job margin analysis and change orders.
    • Develop and monitor project schedules and report on performance.
    • Supervise project teams and ensure efficient resource allocation.
    • Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
    • Maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, and contractors.
    • Oversee project close-out and handover.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
    • 7+ years of project management experience in construction, including OSHPD/HCAI healthcare projects.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software (Viewpoint), and scheduling software (Primavera).
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of construction methods, costing, and scheduling.
