    Job Description

    This Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award.

    This position is in support of a proposed repatriation initiative. The purpose of the facilities is to provide comprehensive care for migrant individuals who are awaiting reunification or repatriation. This care will begin as soon as each occupant arrives at the facility and will last until their arranged departure. The comprehensive care includes but is not limited to initial screening and exams, identifications of prior conditions and allergies, day to day care of routine, urgent and emergency medical conditions.

    International Health and Medical Services is looking for an individual who is an experienced Program Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the program aimed at improving patient care, operational efficiency, and overall health outcomes. The Program Manager will coordinate resources, manage budgets, and ensure that programs align with the facility strategic goals and regulatory standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement healthcare programmes that address patient needs, improved care delivery, and support facility goals.
    • Oversee multiple projects within the program, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
    • Develop and manage budgets for programmes, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and compliance with financial policies.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, administrators, and external partners to ensure successful programme execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Track and evaluate programme performance using key metrics, and implement improvements based on data analysis and feedback.
    • Ensure programmes adhere to regulatory requirements and healthcare standards, maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with programme implementation and operation.
    • Prepare and present detailed reports on program progress, outcomes, and financial status to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Lead and support program staff, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency through innovative solution and best practices.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Requirements/Certifications:

    • Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in program management or equivalent healthcare experience.

    Education Required:

    • Master's Degree in a relevant healthcare field of study.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
    • Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
    • May require bending, stooping and lifting up to 15 lbs.

    Other Special Qualifications:

    • Must be able to read, write, and speak English to effectively communicate.
    • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
    • US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card is required.
    • Current MRPT Clearance preferred.

    Additional Information

    Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.

    Compensation Min: $75,000 Max: $150,000
