Growing construction company in search of an experienced Construction Project Manger to join their team. Specializing in Building Envelope (stone, masonry, water/fireproofing, etc.) this is a great career opportunity for a Project Manager with experience in a relatable field.

Construction Project Manager Duties:

• Planning all phases of projects from initiation to completion
• Ordering supplies and equipment
• Ensuring project plans stay on schedule
• Overseeing Superintendents and Construction Managers
• Developing and tracking budgets, timelines, and QC
• Creating/Delegating submittal documents
• Utilizing scheduling software to keep projects on track
• Attending pre-construction and other specialized meetings

Construction Project Manager Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience in the construction field
• Ability to read construction plans, specs, and contracts
• Proficient in project management software
• Communication skills and relationship building
• Time management, problem solving, and organization required
• Bachelor's degree in construction sciences or related field preferred
