    Job Title: Project Manager for ADU Construction Location: San Diego, CA 92109 Type: Full-time, In-Person Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead our residential construction projects, with a focus on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs).

    The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the construction process from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with local codes and standards.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    Lead the planning and execution of residential construction projects, specifically ADUs.
    • Manage budgeting, scheduling, and allocation of resources.
    • Ensure compliance with local building regulations and codes.
    • Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Promptly address and resolve any issues to prevent project delays and cost overruns.
    • Provide leadership to project teams, maintaining high standards for timeliness and quality. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
    • Preferred certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager).
    • At least 3 years of experience in residential construction management, with specific experience in managing ADU projects.
    • Proven ability to manage budgets and understand project finance.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of building regulations and codes specific to San Diego.

    Additional Requirements:

    •Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
    • Ability to commute/relocate to San Diego, CA 92109.
    • Willingness to travel up to 100% as needed
