    Summary of Responsibilities

    The Project Manager at JRP Design & Remodel plays a key role in leading high-end residential construction projects, ensuring that each one is executed with precision and exceptional quality. This position requires someone with a strong track record in managing high-value residential projects and working closely with clients, trade teams, and the design crew to deliver stunning, one-of-a-kind homes.  From managing timelines and coordinating trades to solving challenges on the fly, you'll be at the heart of the action. Keeping the job site organized and ensuring materials are always on hand will be key, as will maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders. The goal? To deliver stunning homes that not only meet but surpass client expectations, while driving our reputation for excellence and pushing the company forward!

    Essential Functions

    Project Oversight
    • Manage projects totaling at least $4.5M annually
    • Oversee jobsite activities, ensuring compliance with JRP standards, client needs, and local codes
    • Maintain construction schedules and coordinate teams to meet deadlines
    • Handle change orders, budget tracking, and financial oversight
    • Ensure all inspections are passed
    Client & Team Communication
    • Act as the primary client contact, addressing concerns and updates
    • Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and field personnel
    • Keep management informed of project risks and developments
    • Submit daily progress reports via Buildertrend
    Jobsite Supervision & Quality Control
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
    • Verify subcontractor attendance, security, and safety compliance
    • Conduct inspections and address issues to ensure high-quality results
    • Oversee material deliveries and jobsite documentation
    Project Closeout & Administration
    • Ensure timely completion of punch lists and final inspections
    • Handle project administration, including invoices, labor tracking, and payments
    • Assist in reviewing project plans and budgets pre-sale

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required

    • 5+ years in high-end residential remodeling or new construction
    • 3+ years in a supervisory role overseeing high-end residential construction teams
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or construction management (preferred, but not required)
    • Proficiency in Buildertrend and Microsoft Office
    • Strong blueprint reading, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive client relationship

    Salary & Compensation

    • $90K- $130K DOE
    • Simple IRA with employer match

    • PTO increases with tenure
