We are looking for an experienced construction project manager who can lead our subcontractors in new home building. You'll help our construction company plan and manage projects from start to finish. Additional responsibilities include daily scheduling, supervising all activities, and maintaining the safety and quality standards of a construction site. Responsibilities: • Generate & submit project schedules, notifying the workforce in a timely manner • Assess subcontractor progress against timelines and performance targets to ensure that work is completed on schedule and to our company standard • Walk sites to ensure project code compliance & quality control • Manage job-site cleanliness, & vendor deliveries • Accurate communication of milestone completion with management Qualifications: • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles • 5 years of prior experience as a Project Manager is required for this position; additional management experience preferred • Superb organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skills • A thorough knowledge of the Construction Schedule Sequence with previous experience using job site CRM software & Microsoft Office Compensation: $90,000 base salary + production bonuses
