Your Role

• Lead small- to medium-scale projects with focus on client satisfaction and profitability
• Develop and manage project goals, milestones, and procedures
• Define project roles and track project progress
• Serve as primary client liaison
• Monitor project budgets and mitigate risks
• Provide technical project management support
• Deliver regular status reports
• Collaborate with Growth team on business opportunities
• Attend Delivery team meetings and manage project retrospectives
• Update revenue projections and meet quarterly KPI expectations

Your Profile

• 2 years of experience (bachelor) or 1 (Masters)
• Certified ScrumMaster with strong project management skills
• Experience with content management systems (Wordpress, Drupal) a plus
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities
• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools
• Understanding of technical processes and technologies
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving approach
• Strong budget and scope management skills
• Ability to build client relationships and develop consensus
• Adaptable across different project types
• Committed to continuous professional learning
• Skilled in risk identification and mitigation strategies
