    Position Overview

    We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead and manage the development of our state-of-the-art technology systems. This multifaceted role encompasses overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure that project objectives are met effectively and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Management

    Direct all stages of project development, from initiation to completion.

    Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines and budgets effectively.

    Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure project goals and deliverables are achieved.

    Stakeholder Communication

    Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, including leadership teams and external partners.

    Provide consistent updates on project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field.

    Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably within the technology sector.

    Proven track record in managing complex projects with diverse stakeholder groups.

    Excellent organizational, time-management, leadership, and communication skills.

    PMP certification or similar credentials are preferred.

    Coachable & Strategic:

    Willing to listen and adapt based on guidance from LSG.

    Able to translate strategic vision into practical actions.

    Security and Eligibility Requirements:

    Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

    Eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance if required.

These regulations restrict access to certain technologies and information to U.S. persons only, ensuring that our projects meet strict security and legal standards. Eligible candidates must also be able to obtain security clearance as part of maintaining compliance with these national defense requirements.
