We are partnered with a reputable civil engineering firm based in the Denver area that is seeking a Project manager – Land Development to join their team. As a Project Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, design, and construction administration, while guiding and developing our team members.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare development design plans and civil engineering calculations for various land development projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil3D, Storm CAD, UD-Sewer, and UDSWMM software for design and analysis.
- Manage land development projects with minimal supervision.
- Develop project scopes, estimates, proposals, and track budgets.
- Ensure quality control, schedule projects, and meet deliverable deadlines.
Requirements:
- An active and in good standing Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Colorado, or the ability to apply for reciprocity for the CO PE exam within six-months of hire date
- 6+ years of progressive experience in performing all aspects of land development civil engineering and project management
- Clear understanding of land development civil engineering standards and methodologies
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (specifically Xcel and Word)
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD (CIVIL3D) software
Salary: $85,000 – $125,000 DOE + Comprehensive benefits package
