    Job Description:

    MCPC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to join our team and remotely support our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in a remote setting.
    • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
