The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and successfully completing projects within the allotted timeline and budget. This role demands strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects. Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate contractors and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld • Create detailed schedule, project parameters, and budget expectations • Monitor project costs and control expenses ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget. • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks • Analyze project status, manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Report outcome/risks to management and escalate issues as necessary • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks • Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors • Provide regular updates on project status and changes to management • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Qualifications: • Four or more years of construction or project management experience, preferred but not required • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a project lifecycle. • Exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
