Urban Air Adventure Parks Agency is looking for a passionate, experienced Project Manager who thrives in a highly collaborative, team environment.
Project managers are responsible for planning and supervising projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. They outline project resources, develop budgets, track progress, and maintain open communication with stakeholders throughout the process, aligning with the company’s goals and vision. A successful project manager brings significant expertise and strong organizational skills to their role.
Within project settings, the Project Manager fosters positive relationships with clients to support future projects and orders, keeping the company's project success as their primary focus.
Responsibilities:
The Project Manager can manage several small to medium projects simultaneously or focus on one or two larger projects that require more daily involvement. Typical responsibilities include:
\- Defining project scope and objectives,
\- Estimating and managing resources efficiently to achieve goals,
\- Preparing budgets aligned with project scope and resource needs,
\- Monitoring project expenses to stay within budget,
\- Developing and overseeing detailed project schedules and plans,
\- Providing regular updates to stakeholders on strategies, adjustments, and progress,
\- Managing contracts with vendors and suppliers, assigning tasks, and setting deliverable expectations,
\- Applying industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project,
\- Monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary,
\- Evaluating project performance to identify improvement areas,
\- Assisting the Technical Lead in preparing deliverables when relevant,
\- Conducting "Lessons Learned" sessions at project completion (both internally and with clients/suppliers) and sharing insights with supervisors and the local Quality Management (QM) representative, thereby contributing to continuous company improvement.
Qualifications:
\- Knowledge of project methodologies and standards for computer systems integration,
\- Relevant experience with manufacturing data management and automation system integration, design, and implementation,
\- At least four years of experience in managing automation or manufacturing IT projects,
\- Excellent communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English,
\- Skilled in using MS Project and other Microsoft Office tools,
\- Detail-oriented, a natural leader, and able to work independently,
\- Able to work effectively within a team environment,
Pay: $128,000.00 - $138,000.00 Annually
