Description:
·The Project Manager Master/Stakeholder Engagement will oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management, engagement and communication for our Government Client.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to enhance stakeholder relationships and promote Client’s IT solutions.
Manage stakeholders' expectations to support program objectives
Establish and maintain strong, effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external.
Act as the key liaison between stakeholders, understanding their needs, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Proactively engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and managing feedback to mitigate risks.
Contribute to the Transition-In Plan, Program Management Plan (PMP), and Quality Control Plan (QCP).
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience.
Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.
Must have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in people management.
Ability to handle efficiently and effectively multiple and shifting priorities.
Operate independently and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Security: Personnel must have or be eligible for Common Access Cards (CACs)
