We have been retained by our client, a growing Mechanical General Contractor in the Conroe, TX area, to find a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of mechanical construction projects.

Duties:

• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Ensure all project phases are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project team members.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and change orders.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related field.
• PMP certification or related is a plus
• 3-5 years of project management experience
• Field Services or Construction experience is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills.
