About the Role:

Mighty Dog Roofing of Greater Chattanooga is seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating exterior home projects, ensuring quality workmanship, timely results, and customer satisfaction. In addition, the Project Manager will perform lead generating activities between projects including roof inspections, canvassing, and appointment setting for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee exterior home projects from start to finish

Order materials from suppliers and schedule sub-contractors

Manage project timelines, budgets, and customer expectations

Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members

Report and escalate delays to leadership timely and accurately

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Quality control and inspection of completed work

Requirements:

Excellent behavioral competencies

Prior experience in project management or construction

Knowledge of exterior home construction materials and techniques

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to use a CRM software application

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
