Currently, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee a Data Center project with a strong emphasis on Electrical Construction.

    Job Summary for Project Manager - Mission Critical:
    As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of a data center construction project, with a particular focus on electrical systems. You will manage the project from inception through completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of electrical construction, as well as excellent project management skills.

    Key Responsibilities for Project Manager - Mission Critical:

    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data center construction projects, focusing on electrical systems.
    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
    • Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
    • Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
    • Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality work and adherence to timelines.
    • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving any issues that arise during construction.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients, including progress reports, budget summaries, and change orders.
    • Foster a collaborative team environment, mentoring and guiding project engineers and other team members.
    • Implement process improvements and lessons learned to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of future projects.

    Qualifications for Project Manager - Mission Critical:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong emphasis on electrical systems.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects, particularly data centers.
    • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and relevant codes and regulations.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, BIM).
    • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
    • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
