Project Manager Location: Phoenix, Arizona Salary: $110,000–$150,000 DOE + 3–5% bonus based on project profit https://www.signatureprojects.com

Signature Projects is a growing commercial construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality construction projects. We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager with 5+ years of experience leading commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who wants to take ownership, grow with a dynamic team, and help shape impactful projects across the Valley.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of commercial construction projects—from pre-con to closeout

Develop schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and manage day-to-day operations

Monitor budgets, materials, timelines, and quality across assigned projects

Maintain proactive communication with superintendents, vendors, and stakeholders

Identify potential delays early and create clear action plans

Conduct regular site visits and ensure safety and quality standards are met

Oversee project closeout and client satisfaction

Use project management tools to track progress, manage files, and document key steps

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience as the lead PM on ground-up commercial projects

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple teams and timelines with precision

Familiarity with Procore (preferred)

Strong understanding of budgets, contracts, and subcontractor management

Hands-on, solution-driven mindset
