    Urban Air Adventure Parks Agency is looking for a passionate, experienced Project Manager who thrives in a highly collaborative, team environment.

     

    Project managers are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of a company's goals and vision. He or she is characterized by extensive experience and know-how in project management and has a high level of organizational competence.

    In the environment of projects, the Project Manager promotes a positive customer relationship in order to create a good basis for future projects / orders, whereby the project success of our company must be the primary focus of his activities.

    Tasks

    The Project Manager can handle multiple small to medium size projects at the same time, or 1 to 2 of larger size projects demanding more day to day involvement. Typical tasks include:
    • Determine and define project scope and objectives,
    • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner,
    • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements,
    • Track project costs in order to meet budget,
    • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan,
    • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress,
    • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables,
    • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution,
    • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed,
    • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement,
    • Assist the Technical Lead with the preparation of deliverable where applicable.
    • Conducts a Lessons Learned at the end of the projects (both with customers / suppliers and PA internally) and communicates the results to superiors and the local QM representative. In this way he/she initiates further measures in the continuous improvement process of the company.
    Qualifications / Prerequisites
    • Knowledge of computer systems integration project methodologies and standards,
    • Relevant project experience with manufacturing data management and automation system integration, design and deployment,
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in managing automation and/or manufacturing IT projects,
    • Good communicator and fluent in English, spoken and written,
    • Proficient using MS Project and other MS Office software / tools,
    • Meticulous, natural leader and autonomous,
    • Working effectively in a team environment,
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) cortication will be considered favorably.

    Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
