Automatic and Commercial Door company seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team! Individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing all installations and projects for our installation side.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage all new and current projects / installations.
Get familiarized with project details
Establish communication with customer/client for introductions as well as understand project deadlines
Order project materials through purchase orders
Track / receive materials along with staging and organizing for our installers
Schedule all work including but not limited to: Initial installs, punch list items, warranty calls, etc.
Provide accurate updates with reports upon project progress and/or completion
Monitor time spent on projects to avoid overages and ensure we stay on budget
Work with field techs and sales reps to ensure projects go as smooth as possible
Establish and build relationships with customers
Establish and build relationships with vendors and subcontractors
Overview and self audit all projects frequently to ensure all are on track and properly updated
Qualifications:
Previous experience in project management, service, dispatch, sales, customer service, or other related fields
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Organized and attentive to details
Strong communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Familiarity with work order programs
Great Multitasker
Self motivated
