You will be responsible for on-site management, overseeing job sites located in the North Bay area, including locations between San Francisco, Healdsburg, and Petaluma. This role is essential for managing both subcontractors and our client's labor force, requiring fluency in Spanish.

    Responsibilities:

    • Project Management: Oversee the entire project, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.
    • Job Costing: Manage the financial aspects of the project, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
    • Supervising: Directly supervise job sites and manage the labor force.

    • Scheduling and Budgeting: Create and maintain project schedules and budgets.
    • Utility Player: Be adaptable and ready to take on various tasks as needed.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a background in siding, framing, multi-family, track home, or exterior projects.
    • Project Management Skills: Experience managing projects valued at $1-2 million in size and scope.
    • OSHA 30: Certification is a plus.

    • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is required.
    • Team Management: Experience managing a team of 5-20 people.
