Project Manager - Parking and Building Access Systems

Are you looking for an opportunity to move your construction project management skills to the next level? Our client in the automated parking system business is seeking a PM to manage multiple implementation projects. The Project Manager will be integral in the implementation and management of installations and will work interactively with internal and external stakeholders. This is a management role and will support our aggressive growth.
The ideal candidate is someone with an understanding of parking systems, estimating, access control systems, or the construction industry.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Support senior management team with comprehensive project management leadership.
- Manage Installation, Special Projects and customer upgrades
- Provide regular oversight on strategy implementation to senior management, escalating critical issues promptly.
- Devise solutions that enable timely delivery, ensure a balanced workload, and adhere to contractual obligations.
- Provide regular overview to internal teams on project priorities, milestones, requirements, revised work plans and constraints to drive results.
- Establish and develop strong business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage, review and develop vendor relationships.
- Ensure high standards of performance of staff and vendors.
- Properly plan and prepare for installation and configuration of computer and hardware devices for new implementations and service replacements.
- Review new projects to ensure material and budgetary numbers are achievable for successful implementation of existing customer projects.
Project Manager Qualifications:
- Construction project management experience (residential or commercial)
- 3+ years proven work experience in construction project management.
- 2+ years in a technical supervisory role.
- Experience in the parking industry and/or access control preferred.
